Our facilities are in Kirklareli, Turkey, sitting on over 30.000m2 land. Our factory is at the forefront when it comes to advanced process technology and know-how in the region. It is designed to run seven days, 24 hours, with maximum automation. We have invested in complete automation to reduce human failures and health concerns in production—extrusion lines created by industry-leading companies with their most cutting-edge technology on the market.

Since our facility is automated, our team of veterinary specialists and nutritionists focuses on developing healthier and sustainable foods. As The Maya Family Pet Products, we have invested in state-of-the-art technology to make our processes more efficient in our facilities. This cutting-edge technology is designed to produce at a high production capacity of up to pet food 40,000 kg/hr. Our production line consists of Clextral, Concetti, Geelen, Dinnissen brand machinery, industry-leading companies.

Our extrusion process and technology produce high-quality pet foods: the product's size, shape, and moisture content are in exact compliance with our formulation specifications, including fresh meat. Thanks to the Twin-screw extruder, we achieve a homogeneous mixture with the desired consistency.

Vacuum coater technology at the Maya Family provides us; improved efficiency and conversion, optimum quality, safety and homogeneity of product, less odor emission, fat/oil is not overheated, the possibility of adding components ‘end-of-line, more nutritious feed, thanks to lower energy consumption it makes less impact on the environment.

The most critical point of the high-quality pet food drying process is made by a gravity-based, vertical-flow technology dryer whose advantages include energy efficiency, versatility, final uniform moisture, and independent control of air volume, temperature, and flow in each area.

SERTİFİKALI HAMMADELER İLE YÜKSEK KALİTELİ İÇERİKLER

Yüksek kaliteli bir evcil hayvan maması için, hammadde de en az formül kadar önemlidir. Uluslararası tedarikçilerimizden özenle seçilen sertifikalı hammaddeler, gerekli tüm testlerden geçirilerek, üretim aşamasına dahil edilir.

Hammaddelerimizi tedarik ederken herhangi yapay renklendirici, tatlandırıcı veya koruyucu madde içermeyen tedarikçileri tercih ederiz.

Kalite kontrol laboratuvarımızda, hammaddelere göre spesifik bir çok analiz uygulanmaktadır. Bu analiz sonuçlarının üretime ve kalitemize uygunluğu kontrol edilir ve ilgili hammadde tam analiz onayı aldığı takdirde üretime dahil edilir.
